Oliver McGoldrick is an Irish writer, director and producer.

He grew up in the countryside outside Belfast, and graduated from the University of Edinburgh Medical School in 2017, working as a doctor for four years before pursuing his Masters in Film at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. His experience and interaction with a broad spectrum of society informs his interest in examining human behaviour - how situation and background interplay with a person’s base human instincts to produce surprising and often darkly comedic results.
